New York Housing Lottery: Apartments in Brooklyn from $ 735 per month
In New York, a new housing lottery has started for the drawing of the right to lease 38 apartments on 555 Waverly Avenue in Brooklyn, writes Bklyner.

The building is located on the corner. Atlantic Avenue. The lottery includes 11 studios priced at $735 per month, 20 one-bedroom apartments at $741 per month and 7 two-bedroom apartments at $888 per month.
To be eligible to participate in the lottery, applicants must earn 60% of the average annual income. Annual income should range from $ 27086 to $ 40080 for one person applying for a studio; from $ 27 360 to $ 40 080 for one person and from $ 27 360 to $ 45 840 for a pair of applicants for a one-bedroom apartment; from $ 32 435 to $ 57 240 for a family of two to four people applying for a two-bedroom apartment.
House designed HTO Architect, and has a rooftop terrace, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a gym, storage space for bicycles and parking (for an additional fee).
Preference will be given to residents of Brooklyn Community Board 2 (Boerum Hill, Bridge Plaza, Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn Navy Yard, Clinton Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, DUMBO, Farragut, Fort Greene, Fulton Ferry Landing, Vinegar Hill, Wallabout) and municipal employees.
