US authorities track down Russian citizen for beating up on anti-Semitism: $ 5000 reward
On October 2, the FBI issued an arrest warrant for a citizen of the Russian Federation who was sentenced to 30 months in prison for beating a man who claimed to be a Jew. Now the accused is wanted, the reward for the information that will lead to his capture is 5000 dollars.
34-year-old Russian citizen and a native of Uzbekistan Izmir Ali Kokh was convicted on July 9 for committing a hate crime that he committed in December 2017, according to the official website FBI.
The Bureau’s website notes that Koch was charged and convicted of violating the hate crime prevention law of Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr.
The Department of Justice claims Koch made a fuss near a restaurant in Ohio, asking if there were any Jews nearby.
One man said that he was a Jew, although in fact he was not a Jew, but his friends who were there were. Koch hit the man in the head, he fell, after which Koch and his friends continued to beat the victim, breaking a bone in the man's face and damaging his ribs.

The FBI website says that Koch was born in Uzbekistan in 1985. He has American and Russian citizenship. This is a man with dark hair and brown eyes, 172 cm tall (5 feet 8 inches), weighing from 65 to 72 kg (143-160 pounds). He can call himself by such names: Izmir Kokh, Izmir Alit Kokh, Izmir Kuchalievich Vafiev (in different spellings in Latin letters).
It also noted that Koch had previously lived in Huber Heights and Dayton, Ohio, as well as in Kholmsk, Krasnodar Oblast, Russia. He has connections with Russian Rostov and he often flies to Istanbul, Turkey.
After the incident, Koch and his lawyer volunteered to speak with the FBI. At first, Koch told the authorities that he did not participate in the attack and did not make derogatory comments about the Jews.
“Violent hate crimes are spreading, making entire groups of people feel unwelcome and unsafe, creating fear and anger,” said U.S. Attorney Benjamin Glassman. “That is why investigating and prosecuting hate crimes is such a high priority. Every community—every person—has the right to equal protection of the laws.”

The FBI says the court demanded that Koch voluntarily surrender to West Virginia prison on 16 on August, but the convicted felon did not. For this, the US District Court in the southern Ohio district of Cincinnati added another charge to him.
The FBI is offering a $ 5000 reward for information that will lead to Koch’s arrest. It is noted that a man can be armed and dangerous, prone to violence.
Anyone with information on Koch’s whereabouts is asked to call the FBI Field Office in Cincinnati by calling 513-421-4310 or contact your nearest FBI office.
