Heavy rainfall along the coast of Texas provoked a heavy flood in the southeastern part of the state - this is the worst flood that has been in the state since the days of Hurricane Harvey, writes Fox News.
Governor Gregg Abbott issued a disaster warning in six districts. Among these districts was Port Aransas, who suffered from Harvey.
