An illegal “dreamer” who threatened to shoot at a school was arrested in New York.

Rochester Police, New York, arrested an 21-year-old illegal immigrant who was allowed to stay in the US under the DACA program for threatening to commit a terrorist act at school.

Abigail Hernandez, accused of threatening to commit an act of terrorism East High School, will be held in custody until her court hearing, reports Fox News.

A woman is not a student of the threatened school. Representatives of the Rochester School District called the police on 17: 08 on February 16, reporting a threat published on page East High School in the social network Facebook.

The text of the post read: "I will come tomorrow morning and I am going to shoot you all."

After shooting at a school in florida, who took the life of a 17 man, the police are very tough on such threats, so the woman was arrested as soon as she managed to establish her identity, since the post with the threat was made from a fake account.

During a search in the house, Hernandez found a gun, but it is unclear who owns the weapon.

During the investigation, the Immigration and Customs Service (ICE) agents determined that Hernandez is an illegal immigrant staying in the United States as part of the DACA program, which allows illegal immigrants who were brought into the country by children to stay in the country.

The girl's mother said that she suffers from a mental disorder and is very dependent on her.

“I always told her that if you do everything right, she won’t have any problems with the law. She's not a terrorist. And I’m very worried about her,” said Hernandez’s mother, who asked that her name not be published.
