Tornado warnings were received by residents of two districts of New York and Nassau County on Long Island.
A sudden tornado warning was issued on Thursday evening for Queens, Bronx and Nassau County. People sought shelter when strong gusts of wind swept across the three states.

The National Meteorological Service confirmed that a tornado was seen on 124-th Street and Fifteenth Avenue.
At College Point, a huge tree crushed a car. The incident hit the video. A large branch of a tree fell on another person. He needed medical help after that.
The storm also swept through New Jersey, forcing visitors to the concert Beyonce and Jay-Z at the MetLife Stadium to seek refuge. The concert resumed after an hour.
Like Thursday, no less severe weather is expected on Friday. Strong gusts of wind and wet weather will remain until Saturday. After a series of heavy rains in the morning of Saturday, local flooding is possible.
