In the US Congress introduced a new bill in which it is proposed to put forward a requirement for the US intelligence community to disclose the income of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The bill was prepared by Congresswoman from Florida Val Deming (Democratic Party) and from New York Eliza Stefanik (Democratic Party), writes Rtvi.
Members of the House of Representatives Committee launched the initiative “The Law on Transparency with regard to Vladimir Putin” (Vladimir Putin Transparency Act) because of allegations that Russia allegedly attempted to undermine American democracy.
“The best way to attack the power of Putin and his supporters is to investigate the illegal and secret financial flows that sponsor their activities. The time has come to give an answer and protect our democracy, ”said Congressman Deming.
In August, 2018, senators from the Republican and Democratic parties of the United States proposed Congress to consider recognizing Russia as a state sponsoring terrorism. For consideration in Congress introduced a bill "Act on the protection of American security from Kremlin aggression 2018", which, among other things, requires finding the assets and accounts of Vladimir Putin around the world.
Recall Special Prosecutor Robert Muller is investigating Russia's interference in the US presidential election in 2016. In February 2018, he presented 13 charges against people and three companies from Russia. The investigation of Muller proceeds from the fact that the Russian "trolls" before the presidential election made publications in support of Donald Trump and with compromising materials on his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.
