Kazakhstan will forcibly castrate pedophiles

The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, approved the law on the castration of pedophiles.

“The head of state signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Protection of Children’s Rights,” aimed at improving the system for protecting children’s rights,” according to the official website of the president.

The law makes changes and additions to a number of legal acts, including the criminal code, the code of administrative offenses and the code “On public health and the healthcare system.” The amendments toughen penalties against persons who commit crimes against the sexual integrity of children and introduce a norm on a compulsory medical measure in the form of chemical castration of pedophiles.

Let us recall that on March 17, deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan considered in two readings and adopted the law “On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the protection of children’s rights.”

Now chemical castration of pedophiles will be enforced.
