Trump offered Putin help in extinguishing forest fires in Siberia
The presidents of the United States and Russia Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin 31 July held a telephone conversation in which the head of the White House offered the Russian leader assistance in fighting forest fires raging in Siberia.
