After the shooting in Las Vegas, the mother found her 5-year-old son through social networks

Five-year-old Aden Hooser was at a festival in Las Vegas with his family when shooting and panic suddenly began.

The crowd pulled him away from his aunt, with whom he was staying after his mother and sister went to the bathroom - just minutes before the shooting, reports ABC News.

Police later confirmed the death of at least 59 and injured 527 people.

During this time, Aden's mother Doris Hazer was tormented by worries about the fate of her son, she was afraid that the worst had happened, but tried to hold on - for the sake of her 8-year-old daughter.

Returning from the toilet, she heard shots and tried to break through to her sister and son, called for them, but the crowd rushing at her prevented her from reuniting with her family.

The boy was found by 26-year-old Lindsey Rogers, who was trying to hide from firing in a tent with goods. After the crowd took him away from his aunt, the child was in a tent.

Rogers decided to take Aden with him and try to hide from the bullets.

“I was worried about taking the child next to me because I knew that his mother would be in shock over the loss of the child, but at that moment we thought that the best solution would be to try to save as many people as possible because the shots were not stopping.” " said Rogers.

Rogers grabbed Aden and didn't let him go until they had broken through the parking lot and reached the nearest building— Motel 6 on Tropikan Avenue.

Rogers and her friends went to the police, trying to find the family of Aden. The nearby officers advised them to send the child to the hospital, where they would take care of him before finding the family.

Aden’s mother, Doris, and her sister hid from shooting in nearby buildings, but because of the chaos, they had no idea that Aden was right next to them.

While Rogers and her friends were planning a trip to the nearest medical center to take the boy there, Las Vegas police officers published photos of Aden and information about his location on social networks, asking users to share a post. Other people in the hotel with a saved child have also posted similar posts to reach as large an audience as possible.

According to people at the hotel, the boy was calm and they didn't want to scare him, so they said the sounds he heard were fireworks. When asked who he was with at the festival, Aden named his mother.

Meanwhile, the post on social networks received hundreds of posts, and someone sent the boy’s number to his rescuers. They agreed to meet at the hospital, where by that time they were heading.

At the hospital, Aden was taken to the waiting room, where he was waiting for his grandfather. The man reported that the child was in the hospital, his daughter, the mother of Aden. But they did not know in what condition the boy was and whether he was injured.

The grandfather took the child, telling the mother that he was not injured and in complete safety. The woman was only able to see Aden the next morning.
