Hands up

The group appeared as a duet of Sergei Zhukov and Alexey Potekhin in 1996. A line from the song “I’m already 18” has gone down with the people forever.

Mirage

One of the most scandalous groups of the 90s. The composition changed many times, the participants argued among themselves over the authorship of the songs. Rumors circulated throughout the country about “clones” singing simultaneously in different cities. But “Music connected us” forever became a symbol of the 90s.

The second wave of popularity occurred in the mid-2000s. Natalya Gulkina and Margarita Sukhankina, members of the group from different years, tried to revive the group for several years, but are now pursuing solo careers.

Alena Apina and the group "Combination"

“Combination” sounded from the speakers back in Soviet times - in 1988. Conservatory student Lena Apina was brought by Vitaly Okorokov. Alexander Shishinin met soloist Tanya Ivanova, still a schoolgirl, on the street of Saratov. By the way, the name alludes to a combination in music, and not to women's underwear. Although the team was initially meant to be female. The very first hit turned out to be the most beloved: Russian Girl - a song by a simple Russian girl about distant overseas happiness.
