Israel wants to pay countries that will support it at the UN

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu plans to create a fund to help countries that will vote for Israel in the UN, writes Iland.

The program received the conditional name "Fifty-fifty." It lies in the fact that Israel will allocate 50 million dollars from its budget, and each country that expresses an intention to transfer its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem will receive one million dollars from this amount.

Help may not necessarily be financial. Israel can share agricultural technologies, assist in building civilian infrastructures and deliver its high-tech achievements.

This program is mainly aimed at developing countries in Africa and Latin America, for which the sum of one million dollars is substantial.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry is already working to create a fund, focusing on the existing budget, and the head of government ordered to include additional funding in the budget of the year 2019.
