The Immigration Service sent green card holders to give fingerprints to the wrong centers.

Due to a data processing error that occurred on 4 in May of 2018, USCIS sent a number of notifications about the appointment of collecting biometric data with incorrect addresses of the Support Centers (ASC) to applicants who submitted I-751 forms to remove the convention from the green card.

Notifications with errors are dated 4 May 2018 of the year, indicated in them the type of case "I-751 - PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE". The notifications state that applicants must appear for the delivery of biometric data, starting from 21 May 2018, to offices located outside their geographic area.

8 June 2018 of the year USCIS will send new appointments of meetings for the collection of biometric data to applicants who received the wrong notice and did not postpone their meetings on their own.

If you receive an incorrect notice, you do not need to travel to meet from your geographic area.

Instead, you have two options:

• Wait until you receive a new appointment notice for collecting biometric data with the correct office address and a new date. You can clarify whether a new meeting notification was sent to you by checking the status of your business on the Internet.
• Go to the nearest ASC office without making an appointment. However, in this case, you may experience a long waiting period.
