There is a room in American University where students can cry
Utah State University students can now retire and cry alone in a small room without worrying about their peer conviction.
Because of homework, heavy exams and large student debt, it becomes morally harder to study at college, and sometimes students just need to cry before returning to normal. But not everyone loves to sob in public, so the University of Utah decided to help students do it in a small room in the campus library.
Created by a Utah State University student and artist Nemo Miller, the “wardrobe for tears” has a black interior with plush toys that students can hug and pull themselves to themselves when they cry.
Regardless of whether it was a hard exam or just a bad day, students can be left alone and cry for at least 10 minutes.
That's right, you can't just spend the day in the “closet for tears” just because you feel that your problems are bigger than everyone else. In this case, there are very simple rules clearly marked on the door. Only one person can enter the room, you need to knock in front of the entrance, you cannot stay in it for more than 10 minutes, and you need to turn off the lights when you leave.
Despite the simple design and purpose, the idea became popular on social networks. Most people liked it, and they want such facilities to be available everywhere in colleges, but others doubt its practicality, especially if the walls are unreliable. After all, why hide when people still hear you sob?
