Witnesses of this phenomenon made a lot of photos and videos, and soon they were already discussing what they saw on social networks. However, after a couple of hours on the official Facebook page of the Lick Observatory, an entry appeared that the luminous object had nothing to do with the UFO. It was an ordinary meteor.

Scientists explained the strange trajectory of movement with a strong wind, and the brightness of a celestial body reflected in the rays of the setting sun.
