Brandon Prihm from Washington, DC, said his mother Tina advised him to play the game. Cash Virginia in Cash5, choosing family birthdays as numbers, writes UPI.

Tina's advice proved the old adage that "mama knows best" when all five numbers in the February 5 drawing, 28-11-22-25-26, matched - and the young man won the $28 prize.

“The first thing I did was call my mother,” Pree said. “She screamed with joy!”
