A woman with a child was arrested because of a complaint about a dirty seat on board an aircraft

The passenger with the child was removed from the flight of Frontier Airlines and was arrested after a skirmish with a flight attendant because of vomit marks on the seat.

Rosetta Swinney said her flight to Raleigh-Durham was postponed so that staff could clean the plane. When she climbed aboard, she noticed that her daughter's seat was still dirty.

“She jumped up and said, 'Mom, my hands are wet,'” Swinney recalls. “She smelled it and said, 'It's vomit, Mom.' So we went to have a look. She [vomiting – ed. ] was all over her bag, all over her shirt, all over her hands.”

The airline stated that the flight attendant offered to transplant Xinmx-year-old Swinny and her daughter to any place at the end of the plane while they were cleaning the seat. Swinney refutes this version of events. She said she entered into an altercation with the flight attendant after ignoring her requests for transplant. As a result, soon came the police, who took the mother and daughter out of the plane.

“The mother was unhappy with the response and was angry,” an airline spokesperson told Fox News. Therefore, the flight attendants decided to remove them from the flight.

As a result, Swinney spent several hours in prison, and the child was detained. Frontier returned the cost of the flight to her and she booked another Delta Airlines flight.
