Russian woman arrested for murder has fallen into a mental hospital in New York

Russian Victoria Nasyrova, Detained 20 March in New York on charges of brutal killings at home and in a number of other crimes, is currently in a psychiatric hospital Elmhurst Hospital Prison Ward. Nasyrova's criminal biography began in Russia (Krasnodar), where Victoria is still accused of murdering her friend Alla Alekseenko, and misappropriating $ 52 thousands. She is also suspected of several more murders in Russia with the aim of appropriating real estate, however, a criminal case was initiated precisely on the fact of Alekseenko’s murder. Nasyrova fled the country on fake documents and 2 of the year was wanted by Interpol.

She landed in Brooklyn in November 2014, where, more than 2, she was arrested with the help of private detective Hermann Weisberg.

At the moment, she is accused of at least 29 acts (and this is only in Brooklyn; Manhattan is another 2 act; there is information about the upcoming pretrial trial in Queens, without details). The list of Nasyrova’s actions refers to the appropriation of another’s property, theft of money, assault attempt series (poisoning, case 4), one attempted attempt (poisoning), identity theft (theft of documents and self-presentation on behalf of others), credit card fraud.

1 May, she will appear before a judge in Manhattan in the case of assignment of property, 5 May - in Brooklyn in the case of an attack and poisoning with the use of drugs.

At the previous 7 trial in April, she did not admit her guilt.

It should be noted that the Immigration and Customs Control Service currently has an immigration arrest warrant for Victoria Nasyrova (immigration warrant severity F), which means that the immigration service also has claims against it, however, these ICE will be able to implement not earlier than the court - its own.

Nasyrova lived in the US illegally, entered the country on forged documents, is de jure a citizen of Russia, which means the theoretical possibility of extradition to her homeland, where law enforcement agencies are also waiting for her.
