Yanukovych summoned for questioning the agenda in the newspaper
The General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine officially called ex-President Viktor Yanukovych on August 11 to conduct investigative and procedural actions.
The corresponding summons for the call was published in the newspaper “Uryadovy Kuryer”.
Yanukovych summoned on 11: 00 to the Prosecutor General's Office. He must come to the head of the GPU department, Yury Bezshchasny, to conduct investigative and procedural actions in criminal proceedings.
In particular, as noted in the published agenda, the suspect Yanukovych “in accordance with the requirements of Art. Art. 133, 135, 297-5 CPC of Ukraine is summoned by 11 on August 2015, at 11 hours, to the head of the department of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine, Y.Beschasny in office No. 412 at Kyiv city, Borisoglebskaya street, 18 - for conducting investigative and procedural actions on criminal proceedings No. 42015000000001178 on the fifth article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. ”
