US will place military equipment in Poland

Polish Defense Minister Tomash Semonyak said that the United States intends to deploy heavy military equipment in Poland and the Baltic countries in 2016.
Military equipment will arrive in the country in the middle of 2016 and will be deployed in two places - in the west and north-east of Poland, the minister said.
According to him, negotiations on this issue have entered a crucial phase.
Answering a question about the timing of the completion of negotiations with the United States, the Minister of Defense said that he expects that the i's will be dotted at a meeting of NATO defense ministers in Brussels in early October. “I want these cases to be closed at the beginning of October,” the minister said.
The Polish Minister of Defense did not provide additional details.
