Islamist who took hostages killed in France
In France, in the town of Treb, the police shot dead a man who took hostages in a supermarket, writes USA Today.
It is reported that the man admitted to belonging to the terrorist organization "Islamic State". In the supermarket, he killed three people and wounded two.
The butcher and client of the supermarket were killed, as well as the man whose fighter had hijacked the car. Car theft occurred in the city of Carcassonne.
Interior Minister Gerard Colomb said the French militants surrounded the supermarket and killed the militant as a result of many hours of assault on the building.
Fighter turned out to be 26-year-old native of Morocco Reduan Lakdim. He was previously tried. Responsibility for the attack was claimed by the terrorist organization Islamic State.
