In Florida, a surgeon without a license spoiled the penis to the patient
A patient from South Florida reported that his sexual organ was mutilated by a former surgeon who does not have a license to perform operations.
Several media have reported that 60-year-old Mark Schreiber from Tamarac was arrested on charges of unlicensed medical practice, which resulted in serious injuries.
Law enforcement officials Hayalia say the patient, whose name was not disclosed, in February paid Schreiber for the operation. The doctor had to pump the substance into the penis that would make it longer and thicker.
Police report that 48-year-old Nery González, who carried out the initial procedures, is wanted on the same charge. According to the patient, his manhood is now severely deformed and cannot function.
In 2008, Schreiber received two years in prison on similar charges of unlicensed practice.
