Musk said there would be no forced buyout of shares. If the delisting plan is upheld, shareholders will receive $420 per share - almost 11% more than the price at which the company's shares were trading on Tuesday.

According to Mask, the company has money to buy shares from investors, but he did not specify the source of this money.

Ilon Mask stressed that while the decision regarding the delisting of the company has not been made.

After the announcement of a possible delisting, the company's shares rose in price by 11% - to almost $380 per share, approaching a record value (in September last year, the company's shares traded at $389,57 per share).
