The book of Wendig will be the link between the sixth and seventh parts of Star Wars.

The work depicts events that occurred after the death of Emperor Palpatine. The novel shows the formation of a new government, designed to replace the old government.

Book Chuck Vending should go on sale in the near future. The novel was presented in spring by the Del Rey Books and Lucasfilm film companies. Lucasfilm announced its intention to release a series of books related to the epic.

The next film in the saga, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, will be released in December 2015. Directed by Jeffrey Jacob Abrams, the film stars actors from George Lucas' original trilogy: Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford. The film also stars Lupita Nyong'o, Andy Serkis, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Max von Sydow.

The first film in the trilogy, the seventh episode of the saga, which Abrams is directing, will develop after the sixth episode, Return of the Jedi, released in 1983.

The eighth episode of the fantastic saga is being directed by the director of the film “Looper” and several episodes of the TV series “Breaking Bad,” Rian Johnson. And some time ago it became known that director Colin Trevorrow would work on the ninth episode, which will complete the trilogy.
