In the US, a policeman shot a car thief
In San Francisco (California), a police officer shot at a man who was trying to steal a car.
The San Francisco police chief said the man was suspected of attempting to hijack at least two cars. It happened on the highway 101, which is located near the airport. The man stopped the car and tried to force the driver to go where he needed. After a decisive refusal, he left the car, but a police officer already noticed what was happening and ordered the criminal to stop. He, who had at first escaped to the nearest bushes, suddenly stepped onto the road and began to quickly approach the policeman, not reacting to orders to stop. The officer had no choice but to shoot him in the stomach. Now the wounded criminal is in serious condition in the hospital.
