38 program countries Visa Waiver Program (VWP) will have to check travelers returning from third world countries in a database created by the United States to combat terrorism.

According to Fox News, such a rule is adopted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

A new requirement is also introduced, according to which, if a traveler exceeds the standard permitted 90-day stay in the country, in the future he will not be able to enter the United States without a visa.

The United States will also begin to evaluate the guarantees of each country VWP at the expense of "insider threats" at its airports, especially for countries that have direct flights to America. Countries should ensure that their airport staff and aviation workers are incorruptible and will not jeopardize the safety of aircraft.

“The United States faces an adaptive and flexible enemy. Terrorists continue to use different methods to attack us. It is critical that we avoid these threats while improving our security,” said U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

DHS also requires that Hungary, Greece, Portugal and San Marino familiarize citizens with the rules of the program, since the citizens of these countries last year often stayed in the United States longer than 90 days.

Program Visa Waiver Program allows citizens of 38 countries to visit the United States without a visa for up to 90 days. Every year, 20 million people visit America under this program.
