During a school music festival in the American city of Ayredod (North Carolina), a reinforced concrete shelter collapsed. 25 people suffered.

Law enforcement officers and ambulance crews arrived at the scene. The injured were taken to the hospital, one of them is in critical condition, the media report.

The event was supposed to perform musical groups from thirty schools, but several groups refused to participate because of rainy weather. The festival has been canceled.
