2-year-old girl dies in a red-hot car in California: mom falls asleep, forgetting about her daughter
2-year-old girl from San Diego (California) died in a red-hot car. Mother forgot the girl in the car and went to the house for a little nap. Writes about it New York Post.

When the mother woke up and could not find her daughter, she turned to the emergency service.
A little later, the woman interrupted the telephone conversation with the dispatcher, and when she called back to 911 again, she said that she had found the girl in the car and she was not breathing.

Health workers tried to resuscitate the girl, but in the end she was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not yet known whether the mother will be prosecuted.
