May 26 in Times Square in New York was a performance-performance for the release of Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsov, imprisoned in Russia.

This is stated in the ad on page Razom for Ukraine in the social network Facebook.
“The Ukrainian director is imprisoned for his beliefs. Today is the 13th day of his protest hunger strike, aimed at making the world aware that 64 Ukrainians are political prisoners of the Russian regime,” the announcement says.
The action was held under the slogan “Time is running out” (Time is running out).
“Time is running out for Oleg Sentsov due to an indefinite hunger strike; time is running out for all political prisoners; time is running out for those whose rights and human honor are humiliated,” explained the organizers.
To demonstrate the idea of the passing time, during a protest, an hourglass performance was held; dancers were dressed in striped costumes.

Recall Ukrainian film director Oleg Sentsov and activist Alexander Kolchenko were detained by Russian special services in the Crimea in May 2014 on charges of organizing terrorist attacks. In August, 2015, the North Caucasian District Military Court sentenced Sentsov to 20 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony. Ukraine, many other countries, as well as lawyers and activists consider the accusations falsified and call Sentsov a political prisoner.
