In Kazakhstan, a student in women's clothes tried to pass an exam instead of a schoolgirl.

Last week in Kazakhstan, a story developed with a student who changed into women's clothes and tried to pass an exam for a schoolgirl. It began with the fact that in the city of Zhetysay, at the entrance to the auditorium, where the Unified National Testing (UNT) passed, the teacher found a suspicious girl - she was not very similar to the person with the pass - and called the police.

After that, it turned out that the “girl” is actually 20-year-old Ayan Zhardemov, a student at the Kazakh-British Technical University. He tried to impersonate an 17-year-old schoolgirl, for which he put on women's clothes and a long wig, and also tinted his eyes and eyebrows.

Initially it was reported that Zhardemov came from another area to help his girlfriend (she was also called a student girl). Due to the fact that he was trying to go through someone else's pass, a criminal case was opened against a student under Article 383 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Acquisition or sale of official documents and state awards”. According to it, the violator is threatened with a fine of up to 396400 tenge (about 116 thousand rubles), arrest or compulsory work.

400 thousand tenge - the amount in Kazakhstan is rather big (the average salary in December 2014 was 2,5 times less). Soon the economist Olzhas Khudaibergenov, a teacher at the university where Zhardemov was studying, said that he was ready to help pay half the fine. The economist called the student "the main romantic of the year" and said: "I hope, nevertheless, that his girlfriend will push him towards more legitimate ways of romance."

But soon Zhardemov himself said that he did not know the schoolgirl at all, for which he was trying to pass the exam (his words were conveyed to journalists by the deputy head of the police department of the Maktaaral district Ablai Abdurasilov). According to the student, an acquaintance asked him for the service, and another friend asked him. The pass was allegedly issued to him immediately before the start of the test, for the sake of which he arrived from Almaty. In addition, the schoolgirl said that she studied in fours and fives and did not ask anyone to take the exam for her.

The teacher Hudaibergenov later disowned the “romantic” theory. The economist said that he could not get in touch with the student, and during the search he noted that all his friends Zhardemov "rejected the romantic motive of Ayan's act."

“They also told me in detail about this“ business ”- it turns out that this is a whole industry. Given the circumstances, I must admit that now I don’t believe that it was a reckless act because of love, ”wrote Hudaibergenov on Facebook and withdrew a proposal to pay half the fine (at the time of writing, the economist’s Facebook page was not available).

However, the deputy head of the police department Abdurasilov does not believe in selfish motives: in his opinion, there is no crime in this story, since Zhardemov used someone else’s pass, and not a passport.

“I think that he really wanted to pass the UNT not for the sake of remuneration, he is a very clever guy, talented, he speaks clearly, he probably just wanted to impress with his knowledge,” the policeman shared his thoughts.

The Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan also stood up for Zhardemov (however, the statement was made back when it was thought that a student saved his girlfriend): officials asked law enforcement agencies to show indulgence to the student and offered to organize for him volunteer work for educational purposes as an alternative punishment.

Load Zhardemova work ready and in the village of Martuk Aktobe region, where the student went on vacation. Rural officials said that, if necessary, they would help the student with work for the summer - under the Zhasyl Yel youth employment program. In the village, journalists met the hero of the scandal, but he refused to comment.

Those who still doubt whether to sympathize with the Almaty student, have decided to help the teacher of Aktobe regional specialized boarding school for gifted children. M. Kusainov. They said that Zhardemov - one of their best graduates - grew up without parents. His guardian was a grandfather, who, according to teachers, is now in very serious condition. In their opinion, Ayan went to the disguise of a scam with material considerations.

As a result, the prosecutor's office explained that the criminal case against Zhardemov was not opened - he was opened after the fact, and the student goes through a witness. No fines or measures imposed restrictions on him. “By law, investigators still have time to investigate, the UNT has just ended, and only now there is time to interrogate all the witnesses,” explained prosecutor Nurzhan Boranbayev.

What girl? In the early days of the media wrote that she lost the opportunity to pass the test this year and she will have to wait for the next one. But the June 10 edition of the inform-bureau reported that the international academy of tourism in Antalya decided to help the schoolgirl. The Turkish university decided to provide a girl with a training grant - his rector Zafer Bikenoglu believes that Zhardemov went to dress for love: “The staff told me about this case, and we decided that he did it for good reason, sincerely wanting to help the girl in love with.

Of course, we do not support such violations, everything is very strict at our university in exams, but if a guy went to such a desperate act, then he really loves a girl and we decided to help her. ”
