Hon Inn moved from Cambodia to the United States in 2011, and now at the age of 103 she has fulfilled her dream of becoming a US citizen, reports NBC.
Four generations of her family witnessed the naturalization of Inn, who confessed that they were very proud of their purposeful relative.
In 2011, the woman moved to Orange County, California, to her daughter. Inn admitted that she had long dreamed of becoming a citizen of a peaceful country.
The life of a woman was very difficult, she experienced a civil war in Cambodia in the 1970-s, faced with very difficult times. For years she dreamed of moving to the United States, where most members of her family lived, and now her dream has finally become a reality.
