Ukrainians first won the Best Special Effect nomination at the MTV Music Awards

For the first time in the history of the MTV Music Awards, the Ukrainian special effects company Gloria FX won the nomination “Best Special Effect 2015”.

The MTV statuette was awarded to Skrillex and Justin Bieber's "Where Are U Now" video.

MTV nominated Gloria FX four times for “Best Special Effects of 2015”: FKA Twigs for “Two Weeks,” Childish Gambino for “Telegraph Ave,” and Tyler, The Creator for “Death Camp.”

But the main prize of the music video competition of the MTV channel - MTV Video Music Awards-2015 was won by the American singer Taylor Swift.

At the awards ceremony Kanye West saidthat he intends to run for US presidency in 2020. At the same time, the singer admitted that he "smoked something" before going on stage.
