New York mobile numbers will have a new code

One of the famous telephone companies Verizon officially announced that a new three-digit code for mobile phone numbers will appear in New York, writes timeout.com.

Now in the city there are telephone numbers that begin with 646, 917 and, of course, 212. Another code will be added to this series of numbers in the near future - 332.

Previously, ForumDaily wrote that the country's largest mobile operators force their customers abandon the "inherited" unlimited tariff plans.

So, AT&T intends in March to raise the price of the unlimited plan, which is no longer sold, by $ 5 per month, resulting in a total plan value of $ 40. This is the second time AT&T raises its bid for this group over the past 12 months.

Mobile operator Verizon introduced a different policy for "legacy" unlimited tariff plans. Now the subscriber who uses more 200 gigabytes of data per month will have to switch to a limited plan or disconnect it from the February mobile network 16. At the same time, customers will not be able to bypass the system by using less now and increasing the flow later. AT Verizon reported that the company will “conduct a review of the data on a regular basis.”
