Trump praised Putin for responding to new sanctions: “Very clever!”

Elected US President Donald Trump reacted to the reaction of Vladimir Putin not to expel American diplomats in response to the sanctions of the White House.

“Good late decision (by Vladimir Putin). I always knew he was smart,” Donald Trump wrote on his official Twitter account.
