Top 10 Companies in the USA for Working Moms

Magazine Working mother published an annual list of American companies offering the most favorable conditions for working mothers.
Each company on the list offers paid maternity leave, 96% of them are also ready to provide paid leave for young fathers.
In addition, companies are becoming more generous with regard to parental leave and are willing to pay 9 weeks instead of 8, as they did a year ago; and some companies have increased the duration of maternity leave to 11 weeks.
In addition, there are many other criteria - the final ranking of companies is based on their answers to 400 questions.
Top 10 US companies with the best conditions for working moms:
- AT Kearney;
- Accenture (ACN);
- Deloitte;
- Ernst & Young;
- IBM (IBM, Tech30);
- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ);
- McKinsey & Co.
- PricewaterhouseCoopers;
- Prudential Financial (PFK);
- WellStar Health System.
