Tbilisi Fashion Week will be held in Georgia in mid-April

Fashion Week (Tbilisi Fashion Week) will open in the capital of Georgia 16 in April and will last until 19 in April, according to organizers.

The main part of the events of the most long-awaited fashion event of spring - showrooms and shows, this time will be held on Rose Square. The organizers intend to install a 28-meter podium on the square, around which up to 400 guests can sit.

Up to 20 local designers will take part in Tbilisi Fashion Week, including the wife of Deputy Prime Minister of Georgia Kakha Kaladze Anuki Areshidze, as well as Giorgi Shagashvili, Kikala atelier, Tako Mekvabidze, Giorgi Keburia, Mariam Gvasalia, Sali Pangani, Lexo Akhalkatsishvili, Likuna Chitaya and others.

Georgian designers will present the fashionable autumn-winter 2015 / 2016 collection to the public.

Especially on the occasion of the planned event, famous Russian TV and radio host, the chief editor of the Russian version of the French fashion magazine L'Official Ksenia Sobchak will arrive in Tbilisi.

In addition, Ukrainian designer Yulia Rogalskaya will present her new collection at Tbilisi Fashion Week.

Within the framework of the Tbilisi Fashion Week, large-scale showrooms can be visited by anyone. April 19 traditionally will be a competition for novice designers.
