Delta flight scandal: passengers disembarked for refusing to switch the phone
A flight attendant on a Delta flight drove five passengers out of the plane, including one child, due to a verbal altercation with the passenger to put the phone into flight mode.
Passengers were expelled from the 4527 flight, which was flying from Fort ‑ Wayne, because Robin Rogers, also known as DJ Reborn, refused to switch the smartphone to flight mode. In her Instagram, a celebrity wrote that she was just about to do it when a flight attendant approached her and rudely ordered her phone to be taken offline. In addition, she, with her arms folded, discontentedly controlled the process. The girl did not like it, and she asked to move away from her.
“She stood over me menacingly, arms crossed, waiting for me to do it. I told her: “I know how to turn on airplane mode, you don’t need to stand over me,” the girl wrote on Instagram, adding a photo of a flight attendant.
In response, the stewardess became angry and rude.
“If you are going to behave this way, we will return to the exit, and you can get out,” she says DJ Reborn.
Robin claims that she showed the stewardess that she had actually switched the phone to flight mode, as they had asked her, but the flight attendant continued to attack the girl, threatening her with a landing from the plane. One of the passengers stood up for the girl, and for that he was also on the list of those who were deleted. Another passenger just asked if they would take off, and was overboard.
As a result, four adults and one child were removed from the plane and ended up in Indiana, and the airline refused to provide them with a hotel.
SkyWest Airlines reported to Mirror that they "are viewing reports from SkyNest's 4527 flight, operating as Delta Connection."
They said they were working with their partner Delta to investigate directly with affected clients.
