Republicans have been proposing to reduce taxes on income for all groups of the population within a few years, cut taxes on corporations and increase the public debt of America by 1.5 trillion dollars over 10 years.

Democrats disagree with this plan

“I believe in prayer, and I hope that we will have time to do this before Christmas,” said Republican Senator Tim Scott, commenting on the prospects for approving the bill.

President Trump also continues to radiate optimism

“We will give the American people huge tax cuts for Christmas. I hope it will be a wonderful, big, beautiful Christmas present, ”he said.

It is expected that on Tuesday, Trump will personally arrive at the Capitol - the second time in two weeks - to personally convince him of the need to approve his tax plan at breakfast with Republican senators.

Republicans have a majority in the Senate’s 2 seat, which gives them a very fragile advantage in passing laws that don’t get the support of Democrats.
