Russia explained the black smoke over the consulate in San Francisco

Black smoke over the building of the Russian Consulate General in San Francisco arose as a result of measures to preserve the building. This explanation was made by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, writes RBC.
