The police of the city of Washington arrested a woman convicted of a dangerous act - a yoga class on the ways of one of the metro stations. The incident occurred back in December last year, but it was officially announced only now - after the detainee, whose name was not named, was charged, reports The Telegraph.

Material evidence was also published. In particular, the management of the metro announced the recording made by surveillance cameras installed at the station. It shows how two people - a man and a woman - go down to the rails at the subway station of West Falls Church. At this time on the platform there is not a soul. Once on the paths, the woman begins to perform various poses from yoga, and the man shoots her on the camera.

Newspaper The Washington Post notes that, in particular, during her dangerous occupation, the woman performed the so-called Cobra pose, Dancer pose, and also did a handstand. At the same time, descending on the way, she, as is customary in yoga, took off her shoes, the more she was in danger of getting an electric shock, the newspaper said.

Given the lack of people at the station, it is unlikely the couple wanted to show off in front of live witnesses. Apparently, the goal of yoga lovers was to get exciting pictures for publication in social networks, for example, on Instagram, according to The Washington Post.
