First-grader from the state of Virginia, 7-year-old Sarah Gomez-Lane won the Google 4 Doodle contest by drawing a doodle with dinosaurs. She will receive a stipend of $ 30 thousand and a technology package for her school of $ 50 thousand, writes Go banking rates.

The girl took part in the competition on the advice of her mother. When electricity turned off in their house due to a snowstorm to take time, the mother advised her daughter to take part in the competition Google and draw a doodle.
The theme of the competition was “What inspires me?”. The girl decided to draw dinosaurs. She said she wanted to be a paleontologist, so she painted dinosaurs.
The drawing and ambitions of the girls impressed the jury.
“We fell in love with Sarah's drawing of her dinosaurs and were blown away by the size of her ambition (we'd call it 'dino-sized' ambition) for her future, given how young she is,” the jury said.
В Google hoped that the example of Gomez-Lane would inspire other students to follow her example and follow their dreams.
In addition, the girl for the first time in the history of the competition Google 4 Doodle, will take part in the development of the doodle and turning it into an interactive part. She will be present when artists embody her doodle in reality.
