In Hawaii, a big shark took away a human body from rescuers
In Hawaii, the tiger shark prevented the rescuers from taking the body floating in the water off the coast of the Big Island.

Hawaii County Fire Department received an emergency call around 11 in the morning. Tourists reported seeing a body floating in the ocean 30 yards from the coast in North Kohal.
Rescuers, however, encountered a problem - a large tiger shark was “circling around the body.” They tried to pull the deceased onto land using nets, but the shark had other plans for him.
“One witness reported that the shark pulled the body into the water and it was never seen again,” the fire department said.
For some time a helicopter worked at the scene, but in the end, the operation was stopped when the body did not surface.
According to the Hawaii News Now newspaper, a man’s things and a backpack were found on top of a steep cliff. Police contacted immediate family and did not disclose details of the victim.
Recall that recently an American tourist and guide, whom kidnapped Tuesday rescued in Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda. For this, the security forces and soldiers of the country were involved.
