Man wins lottery with numbers generated by ChatGPT
A man went viral on Thai social media after claiming he won the lottery using numbers provided to him by the ChatGPT chatbot. Writes about it Mashable.

In addition, he even demonstrated how he managed to get the system to generate a series of winning numbers based on calculations with certain parameters.
On TikTok, a man named Pattavicorn Bunrin revealed that he asked several hypothetical questions, as well as several winning numbers from previous years, and received the numbers 57, 27, 29, and 99 from the chatbot.

Although the numbers ended up earning him the prize, unfortunately it was a small amount and he was only able to take home a winnings of 2000 baht ($59).
But nevertheless, the precedent that a person is lucky thanks to the help of AI still makes Bunrin viral, and many expressed hope that an easy money could be made with the help of AI.
Bunrin even mentioned to a local news outlet that this wasn't the first time he'd dabbled in using ChatGPT to generate lottery numbers, and the bot even told him that winning the lottery was all about luck before reminding him to "don't be too obsessed and go get busy." something like exercise.

But that didn't stop the man from going further and creating a TikTok account to demonstrate that he was using ChatGPT with the goal of winning the lottery again and again.
Surely many will be interested to see if Bunrin can repeat his success, perhaps with a larger prize amount. And if he does, then the lottery companies will have to think seriously.
