A man was seriously injured by fireworks.
Maryland's 21-year-old, seriously injured both hands on Tuesday, trying to launch fireworks from the installation during an open party.

Anne Arundel County firefighters discovered illegal fireworks bought in Pennsylvania at a house where a man didn’t handle explosives properly.
“The victim held a special mortar tube in his hand and threw a special solution into it. Because the mortar was upside down, the explosion inside the tube caused serious injuries to both arms,” the fire department said in a statement.
The guy got critical, he is not life-threatening wounds.
Officials say that for the second year in a row, the district has been hospitalized after injuries from fireworks.
Using fireworks without permission in Maryland is illegal.
