New Yorkers can meet Halloween with the mayor of the city: how to get free tickets
Today, New York Mayor Bill de Blasio and his wife, Cirlene McCray, announced the opening of an annual free distribution of Halloween tickets at the Gracie Mansion (Gracie Mansion), the official residence of the mayor. Guests will be able to explore the historic mansion and surrounding area in a traditional haunted house theme.
Guests can reserve up to four tickets. registering online or by calling 311. This event is open to New York City residents by zip code. Visiting times take into account entry times and are available on a first come, first served basis.
At the site, each guest will have to show a ticket (print in advance or show on a mobile device). Tickets may not be sold or transferred to other persons.

For whom: those applying for tickets must be at least 18 years old. A minor may come to an event, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Anyone submitting an application must bring at least one minor child with the ticket. The event is suitable for children from 6 to 10.
Documents: Be sure to show in place a valid ID with a photo for guests older than 18 years (driver's license, passport, IDNYC). Children under 18 do not need documents.
Tickets: each guest must present a separate ticket, including children.
Special needs: on the mansion you can move in a wheelchair; people with special needs will be provided amenities upon request.
Photo and video: prohibited.
