Nurse Kills Over 100 Patients

Prosecutors concluded that the nurse, who received a life sentence for two murders, may have killed more than 100 patients in two hospitals in north-west Germany, writes Fox News.
The 41-year-old German was convicted of murdering an 90 man, but more recently, 16 cases have become known. Investigators do not exclude that the 106 killed is not the final number. So, in the near future, the exhumation of the three bodies of Hegel's former patients is scheduled.
It is noted that the man injected patients with a lethal dose of the medicine in order to pump them out later and become a hero among his colleagues. Hegel said he felt euphoric when he managed to bring patients back to life, and desolation in case of failure. In this case, each time the health care provider promised himself to stop.
Hegel was first suspected by his colleague after one of the patients survived the injection. Nurse put on 7,5 years for attempted murder. After this, several bodies were exhumed in which traces of injections were found.
Hegel worked in the hospital from 1999 to 2005 a year. In February, 2015-he went to prison for the murder of two patients who were in intensive care in one of the medical institutions in the city of Delmenhorst in the north of the country.
