Kobzon received a visa to the European Union and was subject to sanctions
Russian singer and State Duma deputy Iosif Kobzon, who recently received permission to enter Germany to treat cancer, again went to the east of Ukraine, where he spoke to the so-called militias.
Как сообщает the official mouthpiece of the militants “Donetsk News Agency”, in the “capital” of the so-called Donetsk “people’s republic”, the People’s Artist of the USSR received two awards, gave two concerts and announced that he was “putting down” the sanctions.
During his speech, the performer urged not to be afraid of sanctions from the West, noting that he personally “does not pay attention to this.” The singer also suggested answering symmetrically as a second option.
“In general, my colleague on the Federation Council, Senator Andrei Sobolev, said the best about the sanctions: “Kobzon was vetoed and is not allowed into the European house. We put it on the veto, and in general we put it on sanctions,” the deputy added.
Recall, having received a visa to the European Union, Kobzon thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin for this, after which he called for suspension of diplomatic relations with the United States.
Security Service of Ukraine запретила entry into the country to Joseph Kobzon and 15 also to Russian citizens - journalists and cultural figures.
The reason for inclusion in the list were their statements in support of the annexation of the Crimea or the armed supporters of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk "people's republics".
