Institute in Canada provides free education for refugees from Ukraine

If you fled Ukraine to escape the Russian invasion, Vancouver Institute of Media Arts (VanArts) offers 25 full student scholarships for refugees.

One-year programs are offered for admission in the spring of 2022:

• 2D animation
• 3D animation
• Computer games and design
• professional photography
• Visual effects for film and television

These diploma programs are available for 12 months, starting March 14, but there is also a late deadline for applications until April 4. You can start studying online until you can travel to Canada.

Vancouver is one of the world's largest employment centers for the digital arts and entertainment industry. Studying at VanArts will help launch your career in these creative fields.

First you need to fill out an application for admission (the application fee of $100 will be waived).
