Schedule of visiting sessions of the Ukrainian Embassy in the USA for 2024
The Consular Section Embassies of Ukraine in the USA announces the schedule of visiting meetings for 2024.

Sessions will be held in the following cities:
- March - Miami, Florida.
- April - Parma, Ohio.
- May - North Port, Florida.
- June – Spartanburg, South Carolina.
- September - Parma, Ohio.
- October - Charlotte, North Carolina.
- November - Miami, Florida.
Detailed information about the time and place of on-site consular service is posted 3-4 weeks before the event date on the page of the Consular Section of the Ukrainian Embassy in the USA on Facebook, as well as on website of the Ukrainian Embassy in the USA in the “Events” section.

To attend the on-site session, those interested should register online. The entry is opened only from the moment the corresponding advertisement is posted (the link to the entry is contained in the announcement).
Consular services that can be obtained at an on-site session:
- submission of documents for registration of a biometric passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad;
- obtaining a passport that has already been produced (in the case where the documents were submitted to the Ukrainian Embassy in the USA);
- acceptance for temporary or permanent consular registration;
- certification of powers of attorney to represent interests or to perform any actions on behalf of a person in Ukraine;
- registration of notarial applications (such as: statements of consent of the second spouse for the sale of real estate, statements of consent for minor children to travel abroad, statements of consent to/refusal to accept an inheritance, etc.);
- acceptance of documents for registration of children born in the USA by citizens of Ukraine.
