Where to watch the Great American Solar Eclipse

21 August US residents will be able to see a total solar eclipse, the last time such a natural phenomenon was visible from the US in 1979 year.

This eclipse will also be the first since 8 June 1918 of the year, which will take place throughout the United States from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic coast, so this astronomical event was called the “Great American Eclipse”, writes Today.

A partial eclipse will be seen throughout the country, a total eclipse will be observed by residents of some cities in six states: Oregon, Wyoming, Nebraska, Missouri, Tennessee and South Carolina.

In Oregon, where tent campsites operate on an ongoing basis, all 2500 sites on August 21 were booked for just one hour in November on the 2016 of the year when the sale of seats began in August. In April, the state equipped 1000 temporary places for this period that do not have the usual amenities and services. They were also all booked within minutes.
