Hawaiian Airlines flight attendants rescue three victims of trafficking
Hawaiian Airlines flight attendants helped rescue three young women who were trafficked.
During the flight, the flight attendants had a feeling that something was wrong, writes Fox News.
It all started when flight attendant Wesley Hirata told his colleagues about suspicions about an elderly Asian who took a flight to Honolulu in Los Angeles with three Caucasian women.
After checking the list of passengers on the plane, the cabin crew found that all three women were listed under the same last name, and one of them was a minor.
After that, they notified the captain of the situation, who asked the dispatchers that the police would meet the plane upon arrival in Honolulu.
Honolulu police detained the group and referred the case to the FBI, it is being investigated as a human trafficking incident.
